I will be the first to admit that there is plenty I don’t know when it comes to blogging and marketing. I have dabbled in Pinterest a little bit, but only as a user. I quickly realized it could be a huge time-suck for me and I have enough going on with parenting, blogging, design and everything else. Well, according to the Pinterest Etiquette page, self promotion is frowned upon. To me, this means that if I have an awesome craft or recipe, it’s not an issue if I pin it, but it’s not a place for me to pin all of my own posts and hope that people will start repinning my boards and following them.
Today, I came across a post from Copyblogger with 56 ways to market your business on Pinterest. I will be the first to admit that I need to sit down and spend some serious time on this article so I can learn the right way to use Pinterest to grow my site.
