When I went to BlissDom in Nashville this February, I rented a Kia Optima from Enterprise. It was my first time renting a car, and given the service I received, I am now brand loyal to Enterprise! The process for getting my car was fast and easy, I was given my choice of a few cars when I got to the parking garage and the employees were very helpful with getting me loaded up and on the road!
The best part, for me, was when I returned my car to them. In trying to get ready to head home after a weekend away from the kids, I was a bit disorganized. Mind you, it was also 5am and I had to wait for someone to let me out of the parking lot at the hotel, so I was also agitated. When I got into the airport terminal, I realized that I had taken my wallet out of my bag and left it in the trunk of the car. Immediately, I was picturing me, stuck in Nashville and scrambling for a different flight home, but there was a very nice employee working that morning and he was able to find the keys for my car and help me get my wallet in time for me to make my flight!
